To get the most out of your spa visit we encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to check-in. If you are late for an appointment we will accommodate you the best we can, however, there may be other guests waiting. Our staff graciously appreciates and accepts gratuities. Industry standard is 15-20%. Thank you.

Reservations & Cancellations
All reservations are held with a credit card, advanced payment, or a gift certificate. As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge of services.
